About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Domain Support Specialist for someone to take on the administration of the site for the client R&D organization, willing to learn all the technical aspects of the operations on critical Linux operating system and DB associated and learn Ericsson 5G RAN products.
What you will do
- Actively monitor ticket queues to ensure timely response to tickets
- Focus on improvement of automated recovery.
- Responsible for supporting the process and tracking and resolving all assigned incidents through effective decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible for ensuring clear and concise communication with the customer regarding their order deliveries.
- Ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
You will bring
- Good Soft Skills
- Fluent in English language
- Work well with other team members / persons
- Knowledge sharing
- Linux exposure
- Basic Apache, Webservers and Daemon Services
- DBA query skills and DBA admin skills (good to have)
- Bash Scripting understanding
- Bash and Pearl scripting (good to have)
