Applicants must be willing to work at our Eastwood Site.
Responsibilities:
- The verifications team performs the mandatory KYC compliance checks for our clients who do not wish to do it themselves.
- These roles will be responsible for primarily MVSI customers in Australia and South Asia.
- Our Verifiers use complex custom-built software, built by MVSI, to collect the relevant data, and create KYC reports for our customers.
- These reports must be 100% accurate, and there is little room for error, as they are a legal requirement.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English. These are formal reports, and spelling, grammar, and accuracy are paramount.
- Confidence to speak with customers by phone, and email, to obtain additional documents and information as required. Sometimes customers can be difficult, as they do not want to disclose information. This takes confidence to have these discussions. VERY smart. Verifiers come across hundreds of different and unique situations when performing KYC, and they need really good problem-solving skills.
