In this role, you’ll power an easier tomorrow for all of us

We are a highly skilled backoffice team, working some days in the office and some days at home (Hybrid Way of Working).

We are now looking for a Specialist to support our customers, the Finnish Large and Key Merchants. You will be part of dynamic LAKA and International Services FI & SE team with tasks related to payment card (Visa/Mastercard) financial transactions, making sure that card holders are debited/credited, and that our merchants gets the payments (settlements) into their bank accounts in time and with correct amounts.

You will help our customers to understand and select the correct reporting and invoicing solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining the merchant account data in addition to performing invoicing tasks.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

    Diverse customer service tasks serving our Large and Key Account Acquiring Merchant customers on the Finnish market
    Changes to the existing merchant agreement
    Weekly Lean Performance board meetings
    Handling payments to merchants, investigating and handling complex customer requests and providing reports
    Corrections and adjustments to merchant settlements and card holders transactions
    Updating work instructions within own responsibility areas
    Merchant agreement terminations
    Merchant invoicing tasks, credit/debit invoices
    Participating in process development and projects

Your professional background and qualifications may include the following:

    Suitable educational background (e.g. BBA degree) in Finance, Business, Economics or similar
    Relevant working experience, knowledge of the business area is a great benefit
    Experience on co-operating with different stakeholders: internal and external, Finnish and Nordic, and especially collaboration with Sales teams is needed.
    Excellent communication skills in Finnish (native level) and English are required (both written and spoken). Communication skills in Swedish is an advantage.

Besides that, little twist in your personality that makes you, we are looking for a colleague who has a team and customer-oriented mind-set. You are organized and very accurate and have good co-operational skills. You are familiar to a changing environment and can adapt to changes. As a person you are known to be independent and confident, with a proactive and flexible mindset.
