The team is looking for a senior front-end engineer, responsible for serving as Tech Lead, assisting Junior members to complete work tasks, leading cross-team technical communication, and willing to grow and breakthrough with the organization
Job Description
- Work with Product Management and other stakeholders (Backend, UX, etc.) to iterate on new features within the product.
- Craft code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment.
- Help define and improve our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment.
- Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review.
- Exert influence on the overall vision and long-range goals of your team.
The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years of software engineering experience in modern front-end development, JavaScript, and browser-related skills
- Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, npm, webpack, Jest, Firebase
- Familiar with at least one framework: React, Vue or RxJS
- Experience in application architecture design
- Experience in leading other engineers or as a technical lead
- Built web apps with UI/UX and worked closely with designers on iterative designs
