Job Highlights

  • F.5 or above, 1-2 years of shipping experience
  • Independent, able to work under pressure
  • Good command of English, Cantonese
  • 5.5 day work (2 day off per month on Saturday) , Medical Insurance

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with sales team, customers, shipping forwarder and logistics service providers to arrange shipment
  • Prepare full set of I/E documents & L/C documents
  • Handle custom declaration and import shipments
  • Handle booking and shipping documents, import and export declaration (Trade link system)
  • Perform clerical duties and prepare regular reports
  • Documentation of shipping jobs
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of shipping experience (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Shipping Clerk)
  • Familiar with MS Office and Excel
  • Immediately available is preferred
