- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical Degree
or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Provide initial assessment of urgency and business impact on all support helpline calls and emails
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Planning future improvements, suggesting IT solutions to business problems
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Perform comprehensive root cause analysis and advise how to avoid such incidents in the future
- Record incident resolution in system and communicate to all stakeholders
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve issues
- Theoretical understanding of Client / Server Operating Systems, Networking and IP Telephony
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible approach to work and problem solving
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
- Excellent telephone mannerisms
- The ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical staff
- The ability to work proactively with little direct supervision

Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
