Accounting Assistant | Taguig [Philippines]


 

  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and accurately.
  • Listen actively to customers and empathize with their concerns to identify the root cause of their issues.
  • Offer solutions or alternatives to customers to address their concerns, such as refunds, exchanges, or credits.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in a database or CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, technical support, and billing, to resolve customer issues.
  • Communicate company policies, procedures, and products to customers.
  • Meet or exceed customer service goals, such as response time, first-call resolution rate, and customer satisfaction rate.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php22,000.00 per month
