In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with senior leads across the business to lead and support the deployment of two major global projects currently underway here at Getir (Workday and Job leveling).
What You'll Be Doing
- Work with the Reward team to support on all BAU Compensation related activity, including job evaluation and salary benchmarking
- Partner with recruiters, HR business partners and Senior Leadership providing market total compensation analysis and recommendations.
- Provide timely input relating to compensation workstream in global projects
- Work with counterparts globally in delivering a successful Workday compensation grades and
- Develop and/or refresh international salary ranges
- Lead on one of our larger scale global projects related to job leveling for all countries globally!
- Create and maintain process documentation and MYR process definition and mapping
- Mentor and upskill junior members in the Compensation team
- Partner with the Global Reward team, Heads of People and HRIS & Operations team to ensure smooth implementation of projects assigned
What You'll Bring
You Will Have:
- Proficiency with Google suite tools and Microsoft Excel
- Experience or familiarity with job leveling and deployment of such globally
- Excellent analytical skills- an ability to understand data, interpret and draw accurate conclusions
- Be a self-starter with the ability to work within ambiguity and able to execute according to project plans with a high level of attention to detail
- Challenge the status quo! Voice your opinion on how we can do better and be better for our employees.
Bonus Points if You Have:
- Experience with/exposure to Workday
- Experience working in a Start-up/Scale-up environment
