Qualifications:
- At least College Level
-Can work with less supervision and able to handle pressure
-Possesses positive working attitude and keen to details
- Computer literate, knows MS Office Application such as MS Excel, Word & Powerpoint - Has initiative and with positive working attitude

DUTIES:
-Effectively assist HR personnels, answer calls and determine how calls should be routed; direct public and employees to appropriate offices; answer routine questions; and distribute and explain forms, such as, employment applications & timekeeping forms.
-Prepare, process and review a variety of documents such as applications, employee files, payroll records, for completeness, accuracy and submission standards.
-Schedule and organize meetings, sort and distribute mail; maintain employee and departmental files.
-Assist in the recruitment process; mail applicant notifications and administer typing tests.
-Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
-Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 5 months

Salary: Php435.00 per day

  • Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
