About Our Client
Our client is well known collective group of companies in the Dublin hospitality market.
Job Description
You will be required to work alongside the senior leadership team in identifying business vulnerabilities within Human Resources. You will be responsible for re-engineering or implementing all HR processes and policies to ensure the company is compliant and enhance the people centric policies in the business.
The Successful Applicant
- CIPD qualification preferred or relevant experience
- Experience in short term projects where change and transformation within HR are key
- Immediately available
- Experience within the hospitality sector a plus
