Human Resources Assistant (Store Operations) [Hong Kong S.A.R.]


 

Job Description

  • Assist in providing all-round day-to-day human resources and administrative duties in store; including employees’ outstanding documents, administration of work
  • Monitor & maintain staffs’ daily attendance, roster and leave records
  • Support recruitment logistics including on-boarding, exit process and interview arrangement etc.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the company as required
  • Handle staff inquiries and internal communications
  • Support on other HR duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  • Monitor the inventory of staff uniforms
  • 5.5 days work

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in HR & Admin
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and passionate with “Can Do” attitude
  • Independent and able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Immediate availability is preferred
