Receptionist/Customer Service [Ireland]


 

Swim Max are currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to join our team. Please note that a minimum of one years experience in a similar role is essential to this role.

Key responsibilities:

Customer care:

  • To ensure all customers receive a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival
  • To ensure all customer queries are handled promptly and efficiently
  • To report on all customer feedback to a Supervisor or Manager.

Standards:

  • To ensure Swim Max standards are achieved at all times
  • To ensure that the highest possible standard of personal hygiene, dress, appearance, body language and conduct is maintained at all times

Training:

  • To attend all training sessions as per the departmental training plan or as when required by management.

Flexibility:

  • To accept flexible work schedule necessary for uninterrupted service to the running of Swim Max.
  • To give full cooperation to any colleague or customers requiring assistance in a prompt caring, helpful manner and to be flexible in assisting around Swim Max.

Health & Safety responsibilities:

  • To ensure all accident, incidents and suspicious occurrences are reported to the relevant people and to assist in providing all relevant backup.
  • To maintain own working area tidy and in good shape. To report defective materials and equipment to appropriate individual
  • To be familiar with and adhere to all rules and regulations of Swim Max with specific regard to:
  • Hygiene
  • Fire procedures
  • Health and safety at work
  • Security regulations

Communication:

  • To maintain good liaisons and communications with management and all other departments
  • To regularly attend monthly meetings
  • To offer any suggestions or ideas for improvement to head of department

Other:

  • To carry out any other reasonable tasks as requested by management.

Requirements

  • Own Transport is Required
  • Fluent English is Required

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: €11.50 per hour
