As a Sales Account Officer, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue for the company. This position may require travel to meet with clients and prospects in different regions, and you will be expected to develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate with clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify potential clients and conduct research to understand their needs and requirement.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients and prospects
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth sales operations
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and customer feedback to the sales team and management
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Travel to meet with clients and prospects in different regions as needed

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in business administration, marketing, related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentations skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management Systems (CRM)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦60,000.00 - ₦100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • 2-3 years in sales (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
