What you will do

  • In its capacity as chief representative of the workers' side, it represents and coordinates workers and enterprises to actively engage in consultations on equality and sign collective contracts; it earnestly inspects and supervises the implementation of collective contracts, as well as the signing, supervision and implementation of special collective contracts on wages and the protection of women workers.
  • Consciously accept the leadership of the Party organization, detailed carry out the implementation of the Party's basic line and various guidelines and policies, closely around the Party organization in each period of the central task of the work, we must carry out to the law and the constitution of the trade union in accordance with the independent and creative way to carry out the work, so that the work of the trade union shows vitality and vitality, from the source to participate in the development of the company's management system related to the interests of the employees, actively explore the Participate in the formulation of management system about employees' interests from the source, actively explore the basis of laws and policies, and do a good job of double maintenance.

You will bring

  • Closely contact with members, earnestly carry out the chairman's reception system, listen to members' opinions and reflect members' reasonable demands to the relevant departments of the company; connect with the Party organization and the company's management leaders through various channels in daily work, and invite the company's management to participate in the activities of the trade union, so as to enable them to have a certain degree of understanding and knowledge of the work of the trade union, and be able to consciously support the trade union's work, and the trade union shall Support the person in charge of the company to exercise the right to command the production management, educate and guide the employees to consciously abide by the rules and regulations, and strive to fulfill the production and work tasks, and strive to improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise.
  • Carry out the self-construction of the trade union committee, care for and support the work of its members; the trade union establishes an independent bank account in accordance with the law, and independently leads and uses the trade union's funds and dues; the trade union's funds and dues are mainly used for the development of activities for the employees and the trade union; it is responsible for the management of the trade union's assets and funds, and announces the use of the funds to the members at the end of the year.
  • It is responsible for information exchange and collaboration with higher-level trade unions and trade unions in the industry, and consciously accepts the leadership of higher-level trade unions and the general branch of ENC Party.
