The ideal candidate will assit HR & Admin team of the company. The responsibilites were given below.
Human Resource
- Manage all work passes (WP/SPass/EP) application, renewal, cancellation and status including monitoring of expiry dates
- Keep track of staff attendance and update leave records
- Process staff insurance claims and handle general enquires from staff
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
Admin
- Establish and maintain appropriate filing, data entry and documentation
- Outreach to vendors for business procurement related matters
- Handle delivery order and purchase order
- In charge of general administrative duties and office maintenance matters
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements
- Minimum Masters Graduate required, 0-5+ years' experience in construction related field
- Knowledge in Management, Administration or Human Resources will be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, able to apply VLOOKUP has added advantage)
- Good organisation and interpersonal skills
- A high-level individual who is independent, proactive, with good attitude and mindset
- Independent team player with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to details and good administrative skills
- Good communication skills
- Added advantage if available immediate or within short notice
