Core Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of handled branches to meet business goals.
- Supervise and guide a team of professionals to maximize revenue.
- Train staffs on daily responsibilities, brand promotion and customer service activities.
- Evaluate employee performance and develop individual development plans.
- Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements.
- Address customer issues and queries in accurate and timely manner.
- Will handle Mindanao Area (e.g Davao, Gensan, Cagayan De Oro)
Job Qualifications
- College graduate, preferably Business Management
- With a minimum 2 years relevant work experience in managerial capacity
- Must be proficient in various office (ie: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) and operations software
- With excellent written and verbal communication skills
- With strong leadership, managerial and people skills
- Dynamic, result-oriented, organized with excellent problem-solving, decision-making and negotiation skills
- Must be able to handle a group of branches and manage over-all performance in terms of revenue and operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
