Perform HR activities for EMEA region as per agreed activity catalog.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of complex activities in the preparation, processing, maintenance, verification and reconciliation of employee data, employee file management & misload for EMEA region; other HR Admin activities
- Manage the Onboarding end to end process.
- Manage the contingent workers process in terms of profile creation, data updates and audits performed to ensure data accuracy.
- Hold trainings for new hires for the Time & Attendence & Benefits system.
- Provide support for the local Payroll team:
- medical leaves: fill the certificates with legal required details, collecting documents and sick leaves from employees, verify the correctness of the hard copy (e.g. stamp/signature, DSP nb.), record the medical certificates in SAP.
- employee data discrepancies audit
- payroll certificates: sick leave, contribution stage, income certificate, coinsured.
- Garnishments: prepare and send confirmation to the garnishment judiciary executor; inform on employee termination in company.
- Revisal management: updates for local job title, prolong labor contract, salary, new hires, terminations; report contractual changes, contract suspension and activations
- Process the Retention bonus payment in collaboration with the Comp&Ben Team
- Provide support the Talent team during the MYR and EOYR cycles on Oracle requests related to performance documents/goals.
- Perform other HR related activities as per activities portfolio.
- Drafting, updating and managing the team's SOPs.
You need:
- Bachelor Degree
- A minimum of 1 year working experience
- Ticketing tools experience (nice to have)
