What you’ll do:
The Product Owner for Digital Experience EMEA is a critical and integral part of a highly talented, agile team of digital specialists managing the variety of web disciplines necessary to operate in an increasingly digital-first world. This team is responsible for building a world-class website experience: seamless, easy to navigate and optimized to meet the information needs of our buyers and customers: leading website development work on everything from how visitors find our website, where they land, how they engage and find out about our portfolio offerings, through to how they convert into enquiries, leads, new and recurrent customers. As a Product Owner, you own the vision, roadmap and enhancements of our digital experience web platforms. You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals. Working closely with business teams, IT and customers you create and maintain a Product Backlog according to business value and ROI, helping to drive engagement and improvements to the buyer journey. You understand how the technical design of digital systems can effectively deliver valuable solutions and guide your Scrum team by seamlessly translating business priorities into epics and users stories that yield the desired business outcomes. You are innovative and engaging in your practices to guide your team to provide technology solutions that result in the best possible digital experiences for our customers.

- Maximising the value resulting from the work of your Scrum Team each Sprint. You will own the web and digital experience product vision and roadmap in EMEA, planning and prioritising web product development and the product feature backlog in close collaboration with Product Owners from other regions and the business team
- Effective Product Backlog management: Developing and explicitly communicating the Product Goal; Creating, ordering and clearly communicating Product Backlog items; and Ensuring that the Product Backlog is transparent, visible, understood and quick to react to feedback
- Mitigating roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
- Setting expectations for delivery of new functionalities
- Serving as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
- Ensuring all relevant documentation (process and work instructions) and training are in place and well-maintained
- Driving the continuos improvements efforts to best meet users' expectations and feedbacks
Skills:
- Understanding of web and digital experience domain with a strong focus on technology and platform development
- Familiarity with common Agile practices, the Scrum Guide & iterative/incremental development
- Understanding of business value related to features and functions
- Adobe Experience Manager, or other web CMS
- Understanding of different technologies and the ability to understand the design of digital systems to effectively deliver valuable solutions and guide a team of Business Analysts, IT developers and other technology professionals
Nice to have:
- Adobe Target or other personalised experience tools
- Google Analytics, or other website analytics tools
- Familiarty with Project Management Software (JIRA, Trello, Asana, Azure Boards, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Any official Scrum Certification (CSPO, CSM, CSD, RPO, PSPO I) is a plus
