Product Owner
Location: Remote
Position Summary
We are seeking two Product Owners for direct hire. These are remote roles.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in working as a product owner and senior business analyst.
- Prior Experience in working on projects using Scrum and SAFe framework is a must.
- Work with the product managers and business stakeholders to elicit requirements.
- Collaborate with the Product Managers to define Initiatives and Features.
- Break Features down to User Stories and work with product owners to prioritize the Product Backlogs for the team.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into detail, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish stakeholder requests from the underlying true needs.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and requirements.
- Thorough understanding of how to interpret customer needs, translate them into requirements.
- Collaborate with the Scrum Team to define Acceptance Criteria for User Stories.
- Review User Stories to ensure all defined Acceptance Criteria has been met.
- Support the Scrum Team’s accomplishments and receive feedback at Demo and Review
- Serves as a conduit between the business and the software development team through which requirements flow.
- Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, executives, scrum teams, and subject matters experts.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, decision-making and self-administrative skills required.
- Relevant certifications preferred.

Salary Range- $100,000 - $115,000 yearly
