We are looking for a Senior E&I Construction Supervisor for our client based in Persian Gulf area. This is a highly sought after role with a prestigious company and is offered on a residential basis.
To be considered for this role you will need;
Minimum 12 years of experience supervising fabrication yard, offshore installation, and onshore projects in the oil and gas industry.
Strong expertise in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Telecom disciplines.
Proven experience in FEED and EPIC projects with a focus on reviewing and approving contractor deliverables.
Familiarity with industry engineering standards, quality control, safety, and environmental requirements.
Ability to interpret and review method statements, inspection plans, construction schedules, and drawings.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Computer literate with proficiency in English (oral and written).
Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between various stakeholders Managers and Asset holders
Provide guidance to E&I and Telecom construction supervisors and contractors to ensure compliance with approved method statements, project schedule, quality, and HSE requirements.
Represent Company on-site for managing E&I scope in fabrication yards, offshore installations, and brownfield modification workboats.
Monitor, control, and report project progress related to E&I and Telecom disciplines.
Coordinate engineering workshops, reviews, and workshops to meet Company requirements.
Supervise and manage contractor performance, manpower deployment, and construction activities.
Collaborate with senior discipline engineers during all project phases, including detailed engineering and procurement.
Prepare and verify construction progress reports.
Oversee pre-commissioning, commissioning, and MCC walk-through activities.
Ensure compliance with work permits and coordinate contractor mobilization and demobilization to offshore sites.
Interact and resolve construction-related matters with other contractors, projects, and departments.
Participate in HSE walkthroughs and audits.
Support the company in developing and enhancing corporate documents, standards, and guidelines.
Qualifications:
B.Sc. in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Relevant courses in Safety, Quality Control, and Construction.
