What we expect.
In a nutshell, you will be the key point between the end-users and Odoo - we count on you to give our customers the best upgrade experience possible. None of your work days will be the same, guaranteed!
As an Upgrade Support Analyst, with a positive attitude and dynamism, you will provide support and help to our existing customers, who are in the process of upgrading their database to the latest version. You will be the central point of contact and coordinating all internal support teams that might have to be involved in the process. Our goal is to make our customers happy by making the upgrade process as smooth as possible and providing them with courteous and effective service.
Your mission will be to investigate issues in order to help developers or directly provide customers with the perfect functional solution. When a customer's upgrade request comes in, through the ticketing system, you will have to understand the functional issue, investigate it and call upon technical resources where and when needed.
Indeed, you will be in close collaboration with many internal teams such as Consultants, Developers or the Sales team.

Responsibilities
- Project managing our customer's entire upgrade experience
- Coordinate tasks among technical teams while keeping the overview of the customer's upgrade project
- Investigate and resolve upgrade issues or help our customers and partners to resolve them
- Providing support for functional upgrade issues and answer upgrade related questions
- Communicate in a courteous, competent and for the customer comprehensive manner
- Contribute to the improvement of our processes and the success of the Upgrade Services Team
- Provide feedback and help improve the Odoo product and Odoo working experience
Must Have
- Valid work permit for Belgium
- IT & Business Affinity
