As a Junior Product Manager within our Mobile tribe at Raisin, you'll be building a consistent user experience across both iOS and Android.
You'll also focus on making the Raisin app more engaging and interactive for customers, putting the user at the centre of what you do.
You will lead the mobile team, report to the Head of Product for mobile. You will also work closely with leaders from our B2C Country channel, Business Development, Customer Service, Deposit and Investment & Pension Products teams.
Your Responsibilities
- You will lead the mobile team, build engaging customer experience and iteratively improve it.
- You will manage your teams' scrum backlog and meetings closely to maximize the product value and maintain the happiness and efficiency of your team.
- You enrich, structure and break down high level specs or requirements into epics, user stories and acceptance test executable by the development teams
- You will be the go-to expert for your product and know how your product influences company-level business results.
- You will lead the iterative refinement of your product's customer requirements. You clearly express their value and success criteria and call out risks, dependencies, and assumptions to qualify your input. You exhibit accountability for outcomes, not just output.
- You will establish and maintain high-functioning communication channels between your team and all your stakeholder groups (internal and external) to maximize effectiveness. You understand their goals, jobs, and pains. You bring in the right people, at the right time, in the right way to topics, and convey complex topics simply and effectively.
- You will help to illuminate the most valuable and feasible roadmap for the next 12 months. You get buy-in and inspire your colleagues to help realize it.
- You will author and make your team's quarterly OKRs and plans transparent.
- You will ensure a connection to the strategy through a clear description of your customer value. You seek buy-in from your team and stakeholders.
- You will foster a team culture in which feedback is given and received regularly, incl. celebrating team success and failures.
- Relevant (work) experience, such as internships, as a working student, or in student projects.
- Being tech-savvy (relevant interest and experience in things like API, cloud computing, and process designs).
- You're good at understanding and communicating complex topics in English.
- You thrive on being hands-on.
- Experience in any programming language.
- Experience in banking and finance.
- Work experience in an agile/scrum environment.
- You are analytical in nature
- You are not afraid to approach other people openly and you find it easy to build and maintain good relationships.
