A motivated Junior Publisher Account Manager to manage our Publisher portfolio and help our Publishers improve their revenue.
You will be assisting our operations team by communicating with publishers to determine their needs, provide customer support and create an engaging relationship. To ensure success as a Junior Publisher Account Manager, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high perception of pro-activeness and re-activeness for improvements and issues resolution, and basic knowledge of customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing ad revenues and inventory
- Monitor ad performance and business metrics, lead investigations of issues and manage triage of identified bugs
- Working closely with all of our 3rd party partners including ad-networks, mediation tools, various demand-side partners, etc.
- Work with Product Managers to execute advertising-related features and optimizations
- Troubleshoot ad network integrations, finding and solving issues by corresponding with internal tech teams
- Create business opportunities through creative thinking
- Co-ordinate scheduling of programmatic and direct ad ops campaigns
- Explore new Ad formats opportunities
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-3 years of Experience in advertising sales and media account management.
- Fluent English
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in sales and account management positions, within digital marketing, eCommerce, or consulting businesses.
- Experience working in an autonomous sales environment and identifying business opportunities.
- Ability to develop customer partnerships.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize sales activity.
- Ability to explain commercial and business responsibilities.
