Responsibilities:
Generate Accounts Payable and ensure payment to supplier on time;
Daily accounting data entry;
Maintenance of stock (medical industry);
Maintain general ledger;
Manage filing and correspondence;
Able to assist in general clerical duties.
Requirements:
- Familiar with Xero accounting software is added advantage
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel.
- 0-1 years experience in accounting and general office administration
- Willing to learn
- Possess at least a SPM or LCCI or Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration
- Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese (written and spoken a must)
- Preferably female
