Account and Admin Assistant [Malaysia]


 

Responsibilities:

Generate Accounts Payable and ensure payment to supplier on time;

Daily accounting data entry;

Maintenance of stock (medical industry);

Maintain general ledger;

Manage filing and correspondence;

Able to assist in general clerical duties.

Requirements:

  • Familiar with Xero accounting software is added advantage
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • 0-1 years experience in accounting and general office administration
  • Willing to learn
  • Possess at least a SPM or LCCI or Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration
  • Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese (written and spoken a must)
  • Preferably female

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
