Front Office Receptionist [United Arab Emirates]


 

Front Desk Management:

  • Meet and Greet: visitors at the front desk and connecting them to concerned employees or departments.
  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and promotion material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Perform other admin duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, faxing etc

Administration:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations towards business efficiency
  • Travel Management – as per approved requests
  • Manage Corporate SIM/Phone plans and correspondence with the vendor (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

Office Management:

  • Track and inventory of office supplies, groceries etc
  • Coordinate for repairs to office equipment, furniture etc
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Assist HR and other peer departments and teams whenever necessary
  • Co-ordinating with the IT department for any requests
  • Managing Company assets and keeping inventory for the same
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
