QUALIFICATION AND Requirements

- Sales / Marketing Degree or Diploma or suitable work experience in these fields
 - Business management or similar qualification
 - Minimum five years senior management experience in the fields of technical product sales and/or marketing
 - Suitable experience and/or qualification in ISO management would be beneficial
 
Responsibilities
- Analyzing market needs / trends and forecasting sales
 - Monitoring product competitiveness and product pricing
 - Implementing national sales programs by developing sales action plans
 - Identifying and developing growth capabilities of the business (market identification and viability)
 - Providing strategic input to the divisional heads and directors
 - Introducing strategies to successfully market Diesel power s products and services.
 - Co-ordinate, implement and maintain ISO requirements within the company
 - Reporting on performance of divisions and branches
 - Understanding the business operating market
 - Assisting with supplier pricing and pricing strategy
 - Analyzing customer and market information and feedback
 - Maintain engine population database
 - Distribution of product promotional information and updates
