What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a colleague who will liaise and engage with business and other technical departments, sync on delivery approach and manage business expectations in an effective manner leveraging our data ecosystem.
What you’ll be doing
- Partner with business leaders to collaborate and ensure meaningful results from our Data, AI & Enterprise Solutions strategic initiatives.
- Develop and promote deep domain (data, analytics, AI, enterprise solutions, RPA, digital, etc) knowledge of our business partner’s organizational functions
- Ensure the business units understand the technology solution, overall solution delivery, and compliance to governance processes, architecture standards, etc.
- Propose new ways of working (including tools adoption) for an efficient and innovative partnership between technical and business teams
- Facilitate trainings and workshops for internal teams or business units when necessary
- Spend most of the time alongside the specific business units stakeholders in order to gain business overview and react in a pro-active manner in identifying potential projects/programs to add “data by design” approach
- Research, review, analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes, and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes
- Support and monitor annual roadmap for each business unit and follow-up based on agreed priority
- Mediate discussions between business requestors and business analysts such that to enforce delivery expectations and incremental business capabilities approach
- Be the driver for any business UAT and make sure the scope and timeline are secured and met. Act as a first point of escalation for business inconsistences during the entire project life cycle.
- Support capacity & demand flow and keep project tools (Jira, Confluence, OneTTM, Runn.io etc.) up to date and facilitate a transversal overview of initiatives planned or on-going.
What you need to know/have
- Background and experience in IT/Data is required to successfully meet the requirements for this role
- Minimum of 2 years of knowledge in IT platforms and applications / solutions in one or more of the following: BI / DWH, AI / Big Data, Data Governance, ERP / MDM
- Minimum of 2 years in a role (Analytics Strategy Consulting, equivalent) in which you developed strategies, roadmaps and have structured new opportunities
- PMO related experience highly appreciated
- Experience of working on delivery side and customer side, as well
- Ability to work highly matrixed, multi-functional organization
- Business / strategic vision. Very good business partnering skills
- Exposure to BI and advanced analytics techniques (machine learning, data mining, graph analytics, etc.) preferred
- Business analysis experience is a plus
- Experience with enterprise-scale Data & Analytics projects is a plus
- Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, PM, Business Analysis skills are a plus
