Job Description
Serve customers by telephone, face to face and email- Maintain the confidentiality customer privacy including complaints or requests from customers
- Provide solutions to customer complaints
- Make a complaint report or customer request
- Establish good communication with customers

- Have minimum 1 year experience as Customer Support / Call Center / Contact Center
- Have a good communication skill & interpersonal skill
