About the Role:
For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an intern who will join the Legal department and support the team in their daily responsibilities and ongoing projects.
Main Responsibilities:
You will review, revise and consolidate the Group’s contract templates and negotiate commercial contracts.
Providing project support to key projects, in particular the law department’s digitalization and contract lifecycle management initiatives will be as well under your responsibility.
You will help in supporting project analysis, synthesis and presentation preparation.
Finally, one of your missions will be to prepare reports and analysis of legal topics to provide presentations to the law department and its stakeholders.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your university background in Law or related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in your daily activity.
You are demonstrating flexibility, proactivity approach with an eagerness to learn and strong motivation to work in a dynamic and international environment.
On top of this, you will bring your knowledge in Microsoft Office and your fluency in English.
