The position
By joining our team in Technology, Digital & Innovation you will have the opportunity to:- Contribute to the implementation of Equinor's data strategy.
- Help to implement and improve the federated data mesh model specifically in relation to the governance with the utilisation of Master Data Management.
- Add to the implementation and improvement of data product concept and related tools and governance.
- Contribute to the implementation of the architect and technical aspects of Master Data Management through implementation of the systems and understanding of the tool landscape.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in within IT or equivalent. Other relevant education may be considered.
- Experience with data and information governance, master data management processes and governance, and data modelling.
- Technical competence related to master data management solutions and technology.
- Knowledge of master data management architecture and implementation styles.
- Multi-domain experience would be preferred.
- Ability to "connect the dots" and to conceive and portray the big picture regarding data management; including the people, process, and technology dimensions.
- Experience and knowledge of meta data management would be an advantage.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
