Your mission
The Oracle Business Analyst ensures the support of the Production module and later Order Management modules in Chopard’s ERP system which is the Oracle eBusiness Suite.
Main Tasks
- First and second level support for the ERP-system. Investigate bugs and malfunctioning of the software. Follow-up of tickets created by users for the production management module in specific and if possible, the inventory modules in Oracle E-Business.
- Ensure the link between the business and the software in order to support the decisions by the business in the ERP.
- Understand user needs, correlate these needs with the standard capabilities of Oracle. Propose solutions and improvements for business evolutions.
- Write specifications in case of development, reports or functionalities that are not covered by the standard. Follow up on requests with developers regarding testing and installation in production.
- Participate in the quarterly non-regression tests related to the security and functional up-patching of the modules.
- Support data-cleaning and mass change of data of the technical data (Bills of material, routings, item parameters, planning data, etc.)

- Participate and eventually lead permanent improvement efforts.
Specific Tasks
- The scope is for the Chopard Group. Nonetheless, a special preference is to be given to the German production site in Pforzheim. Hence also the language requirement.
- Quarterly travel to our German plant.
Your Background and Skills :
- University degree in business or IT, or equivalent experience
- Good knowledge of the production module of an ERP application such as Oracle eBS, SAP, Dynamics or similar
- Knowledge of SQL*Plus
- Used to work with an IT-SM tool
- Knowledge of the basics of the production management
- Demonstrated ability to be collaborative and act as the functional sparring partner for the business users and the technical developers
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Likes to combine project work with support tasks; Highly professional with a strong customer service orientation, commitment to meeting deadlines and ability to multitask in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- German and English is a must; Good French skills are an advantage.
