Job Summary:
This role is primarily responsible for data processing and verification of data accuracy in the Payroll Spectrum.
Responsibilities:
- Collate data provided by internal departments and populate them to the movement input templates.
- Add checking formulae in payroll output reports (primarily Vlookup).
- Create payment vouchers in payroll reports.
- Validate that amounts in payment receipts are matching to the payroll reports.
- Validate the bank status report to ensure the status of the payments is “approved”
- Archive receipts and payroll documents to the Payroll Sharepoint site.
Requirements
- Strong excel skills
- Proficient in SharePoint and One Drive
- Meticulous
- No payroll experience is required
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be able to work from 8AM-5PM
- Must be amenable to reporting to our Makati office as required
