Job Description:

About the role
In your daily work as an Internal Sales Representative, IP&E (Interconnect, Passive & Electromechanical components) you will support our customers by answering their emails, preparing price offers, and managing orders.
- To be successful in this role, you will need an in-depth knowledge of the customer's portfolio of products, and actively follow your sales cases as well as orders until execution.
- You will work together with your colleagues across Turkey and the Middle East region.
What you'll be doing?
- Manage relationships with assigned customers, by providing excellent support.
- Working with internal and external teams, often facilitating the work of others in pricing, fulfilling demand, ensuring on-time delivery of orders.
- Working between suppliers and customers to build and establish long-term business partnerships.
- Manage leads by making outbound calls to determine qualification for sales.
- Gain new customers and re-engage existing accounts that might be dormant.
- Document and manage customer activity.
- Achieve monthly sales quotes, using Arrow's online ordering systems.
Who you are?
- New Technology is your passion.
- You like sales and already have at least 1 or 2 years of successful experience in this area.
- You are fluent in English and Turkish.
- You communicate clearly. You are comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone.
- You are a proficient user of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Salesforce or other Sales-related software would be a plus.
- Resourcefulness, problem-solving, and multi-tasking capabilities are your advantages.
- You like helping clients. You are patient, flexible, and punctual even under pressure.
