Responsibilities:
- Conduct sourcing, evaluate and select new supplier.
- Communicate and maintain good relationship with suppliers.
- Coordinate with forwarders for the import relevant documents, to ensure the shipment delivery is on track.
- To monitor stock movement and inventory control.
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects, expediting work results.
- Follow up and expedite supplier deliveries to meet the on-time delivery target.
- Coordinate with the related team to ensure the operation run smoothly.
- To assist Assistant Manager / Manager on other administrative works and support day to day operation work.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Spoken and written fluently in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Required skill (s): Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Accounting Software and Computer literate.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work under pressure and meet target and deadlines
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal sales person.
- Personality – Sense of ownership and responsibility, being proactive, detail-oriented, logical thinking and effective planning, being a team player, also being firm and persuasive, good attitude and able to multi-task and be honest. Good telephony and email writing skills, as well as good interpersonal communication and negotiation skill.
