Your daily responsibilities
As Project Manager you will be responsible for one or more advanced automation projects or work packages. The projects can span from being directly related to logistics and facility expansion to being related to the launch and development phase of their delivery devices. Depending on the project, you will lead project teams of highly skilled engineers and specialists responsible for developing and optimizing systems and processes.
You will be engaging with a wide range of stakeholders within the pharma company and external suppliers while also managing the right balance between both regulatory and internal requirements, and effective project execution and team management. Moreover, you will be the link between the work groups, steering groups, project owners, and process owners.
Furthermore, as a member of the team, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the everyday work as well as more tactical initiatives. It will be a key factor in your success that you are curious and get an in-depth understanding of the organization and processes to be able to see opportunities for optimization.
Your qualifications
Need to have:
- Hold a master’s degree in business, economics, engineering or similar.
- Min. 2 years’ experience with project management.
- A broad experience using project tools and project reporting.
- Professional proficiency in both spoken and written English.
Nice to have:
- Experience in pharma/medico industry.
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
- Understand and speak Danish.
