What you'll do
Candidate sourcing, conducting interviews and assessments, collaborating closely with our skilled hiring managers to attract top talent.
You'll play a vital role in maintaining our exceptional candidate experience and upholding our strong employer brand that we've built over the years.
What you bring
- 4+ years of experience of recruitment experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter from a high-tech company
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong knowledge of current sourcing and recruitment trends, techniques, and tools.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software - Greenhouse and Bamboo HR (Advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
