Reimbursement Coordinator - Primarily Remote

In this vital role, the Reimbursement Coordinator will lead BHS programs in identifying, analyzing and creating processes and workflows to fix third-party billing issues.
The Reimbursement Coordinator will:
- provide leadership and training for billing and program staff on new processes to ensure clean billing files
- support the programs and third-party department in running unbilled and held claims reports
- investigate the errors and making the fixes when needed
- manage the self-pay collections ensuring the reports are accurate and that plans are in place for payment of self-pay balances
Schedule: Full Time; Potential requirement for training and minimal meetings required but mostly remote
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour.

Required Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates preferred
- At least 4 years administrative and/or billing experience strongly preferred.
- Must embrace person-centered planning philosophy.
- Strong (intermediate to advanced) computer fluency required, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, internet, email, operating within the organization’s network, and the ability to create and maintain computer files according to division standards.
- Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, collaboration and organizational skills required.
