HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You are accountable to drive the processes to deliver the right product in the right place at the right time in the right quantities for UK and Ireland markets- You will balance product availability with cost optimization with focus on process adherence and operational discipline
- You will ensure Kellogg’s Supply Chain Strategy and Direction as set by the Category are executed and delivered with excellence through the daily and weekly Supply Planning Processes
- You will lead and prepare core processes across categories (exception management, deployment, Additional Volume Requests, Phase In Phase Out, KSOE meeting preparation)
- You will participate actively in the process and results improvements with the capability owner
- You will be the single point of contact and key interface between Category, Cluster and Plants to deliver the day to day and weekly planning activities
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Extensive Supply Planning experience (12 months+)- Experience on supply planning for European market(s)
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP/ APO / BW) and Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple supply priorities at the same time
- FMCG industry experience
- Advanced English
