Job Responsibilities

  • Follow and execute process guides.
  • I will react immediately to Meat & Produce, FDD, and HVDC deliveries for a quick unload
  • I ensure all out-of-date products are removed from the salesfloor daily (see Process Guides for specific date guidelines).
  • Make sure your true availability is up to date.
  • Familiarize and use the Me@Walmart app.
  • Use Shift Swap as needed from the Me@Walmart app.
  • Review unfilled shifts in the Me@Walmart app to gain more hours.

Stocking Team 1 Associate

  • I partner with salesfloor teams to work features and non-basic merchandise to the floor or VizPick it into a bin it before 2 pm.
  • I pull down Topstock in Food & Consumables.
  • I ensure anti-theft devices, like spider wrap and keeper boxes, are installed according to my store’s Merchandise Protection Plan, and install anti-theft devices on items if missing.
  • I set the backroom up for unload before 2nd shift arrives.
  • I zone.
  • I make sure all trash, debris, and cardboard has been properly taken care of.
  • I make sure the backroom is clean and organized.
  • Manage close dated product via the existing CVP process for Dept. 81 frozen items.
  • I use the Mod Flex Tool to assign and maintain endcap features.

Stocking Team 2 Associate

  • I unload, sort and stage RDC, HVDC and FDD trucks.
  • I process warehouse claims as necessary.
  • I process apparel, hanging apparel & shoes onto racks by aisle location.
  • I sort One Touch.
  • I sort McLanes/CoreMark freight and any remaining direct merchandise onto department pallets.
  • I pick Food & Consumables (2, 4, 8, 13, 40, 46, 79, 1, 81, 82, 90, 91, 92, 95 & 97, DSD) and pull picks to the salesfloor to be worked on 3rd shift when freight is pulled out to floor.
  • I ensure anti-theft devices, like spider wrap and keeper boxes, are installed according to my store’s Merchandise Protection Plan, and install anti-theft devices on items if missing.
  • I zone.

Stocking Team 3 Associate

  • I stock the FDD, HVDC, RDC & McLane’s basic freight (including apparel basics, lawn and garden, seasonal, automotive and impulse/checkouts).
  • I ensure anti-theft devices, like spider wrap and keeper boxes, are installed according to my store’s Merchandise Protection Plan, and install anti-theft devices on items if missing.
  • I process warehouse claims as necessary.
  • Vizpick or CAP (in areas without Vizpick) the GM bins (including apparel). When you pick GM ensure that you can stock all you pick to avoid re-binning.Entertainment: 5, 6, 21, 72, 87

  • I use a dedicated location in the freezer to store Dept. 81 Frozen overstock items.
  • I use a dedicated space in the back room to store Dept. 81 Ambient overstock items.
  • I am responsible for taking product from the freezer or ambient storage location, print a date label, and put it on the shelf (refer to Product Dating Job Aid for specifics).
  • I rotate frozen product on the shelf and make sure the shelf is stocked daily.
  • I rotate product on the D97 wall and make sure it is stocked daily.
  • I am responsible for rotating date codes on the shelf to ensure the ambient Dept. 81 fresh product is available for our customers.
  • I am responsible for printing and applying a Use By label when stocking “thaw and sell” and plant-based breakfast sausage products (Johnsonville, Great Value and Impossible).
  • All overstock is verified, labeled, full cases are binned, and partials are placed on topstock.
  • Set major modulars (with the exception of fashion apparel, fresh and label modulars).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $21.00 per hour
