Job Description:
- Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works
- Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions
- Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities
- To coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades eg M&E and architectural for projects specifications & other technical issues
- To assist in project coordination and oversee of all structural/Civil works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings
- Attend meetings inclusive technical meetings (not withstanding to minutes down the meeting if necessary) and site walks during the construction phase of project
- Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme
- Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering / Building
- 3-5 years architectural and structural coordinator experience in building construction Project
- Good knowledge of Structural specifications & requirements
- Preference will be given to those who can commence immediately
