Job Description
- Lead the process team and ensure daily operation within the department runs smoothly and following the timeline.
- Identify the process gap and provide the problem solving in productivity improvement and cost saving.
- Coordinate and communicate closely with cross functional department to align the product specification and on time delivery.
- Advise the under-management team and provide proper training and knowledge to the staffs.
- Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve operation problems that may occur.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor in Chemistry, Jewelry, Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plating and management level.
- Experienced in team management, productivity improvement, and cost control
- Hand-on, strong leadership, and ability to work under high pressure within limited timeline.
- Excellent English communication skills
