Mission
We are seeking a talented and innovative Business Process Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our purchasing applications, developing digital solutions to enhance the efficiency of our purchasing processes, and supporting the implementation of a comprehensive product lifecycle management system across our entities. You will play a vital role in deploying master data management and spearheading our global migration to SAP.
Your tasks and responsibilities will encompass a range of exciting challenges. You'll develop a digital purchasing strategy that aligns with our divisional targets, fueling the digital transformation of our supply chain processes. As we transition to SAP, you'll guide and support our purchasing team, ensuring a seamless and successful implementation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a robust product lifecycle management system that simplifies processes and enhances efficiency.
Automation will be a cornerstone of your work. You'll lead projects aimed at streamlining our Purchase to Pay procedures, eliminating unnecessary complexities, and maximizing productivity. By closely engaging with the purchasing team, you'll gain firsthand insights into their needs and requirements, playing a pivotal role in digital improvements that empower them.
As an advocate for digital advancements, you'll actively participate in IT projects focused on purchasing applications. You'll work within project budgets and timelines, evaluating and implementing modifications that optimize performance and ensure seamless user experiences for our buyers.
But that's not all. System security will be in your capable hands. You'll manage and maintain a robust security framework, while also training internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and awareness. By analyzing data flows and procedures, you'll contribute to the governance of master data, ensuring its integrity and availability for our entire organization.

Experience and technical requirements
- You have a master’s degree or experience in IT projects
- You are fluent in English, good understanding of other European languages is a plus
- You are passionate about technology, data management and IT solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365 (including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint), knowledge of AS400, SAP or SQL is a plus
