The Customer Service team is responsible for ensuring that customer complaints and escalations are responded to appropriately and efficiently.
Reporting to the Customer Service and Vendor Performance Manager, the Customer Contact Lead is responsible for the management of complaint and escalation resolution for Uisce Éireann. This requires the monitoring of complaints and escalations to ensure resolution in line with the regulatory standards (Customer Charter) and the accurate and timely reporting of performance. The role also requires the management of high profile complaints received by the CEO and complaints forwarded from the CER.
