Your role and responsibilities
As Finance Transformation Manager, you are driving force in the evolution of the department. Your mission is to optimize efficiency, further professionalizing and bringing global best practices synergies and efficiencies across the different finance teams.
- You are responsible for and have a comprehensive view on the improved agenda of the department. This agenda includes all initiatives to improve and/or reshape the current working environment: projects, programs (Diamonds and WoW as we know them within TVH)
- You lead the Project, Process and Change management side of projects.
- You identify and provide recommendations for continuous improvement, all within the strategic vision and objectives of the company as well as the department, and supported by the departmental Balanced Scorecard.
- You oversee and prioritize strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution.
- Report directly to the CFO.
How to succeed / Your profile
- A master degree or equivalent through experience.
- Good background and experience in continuous improvement and/or lean methodology.
- Thorough experience in finance transformation / change management.
- Strong business acumen.
- Motivational people leader.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
