Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily production activities, materials control and minimize wastage.
- Supervise a team of operators, planning and scheduling to achieve production target.
- To report machine breakdown and liaise with maintenance function on repair status.
- Responsible for targeted production performance and to participate & contribute in quality management.
- To optimize manpower utilization and to ensure & monitor operators for full adherence to SOP.
- To coordinate closely with Sales Department for production schedule planning.
- To ensure effective delegation and execution of work and responsible of the production team.
- Responsible for the operators' discipline, training and attendance.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM, Diploma or above in any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related/similar field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in KOTA TINGGI.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Retiree with related experience is acceptable.
- Good communication and interaction skills.
