At least 3 years staffing firm or corporate technical recruiting experience is required for this role.
- Recruit and source actively from our ATS, online databases, contact lists, and employee referrals, as well as passive candidates through internal and external networking, cold calling, advertisements and internet research.
- Ability to source through social media networking (LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, GitHub, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Social Talent and personal networks) to find top candidates for technical and non-technical roles
- Strong behavioral interviewing techniques and the ability to quickly evaluate candidates to ensure that they are fit to the job
