KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Oversee a team of paid social specialists, providing guidance, setting performance goals, and fostering professional growth.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and implement strategies to maximize ROI.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to continuously innovate and enhance the effectiveness of paid social effort
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING EVERY DAY?
- Guiding your team in the development and execution of paid social campaigns, providing insights and mentorship to enhance their performance.
- Reviewing campaign metrics, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to improve campaign outcomes.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Regularly monitoring and adjusting campaigns to ensure they are on track to meet KPIs and performance targets.
- Engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, share insights, and report on campaign progress.
OUR EXPECTATIONS
- At least 5 years of experience as a Leader in Paid Social.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing paid social campaigns across various platforms, with a proven track record of driving meaningful results.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, empowering team members to excel and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign data, drawing insights, and using findings to optimize strategies.
- A passion for staying at the forefront of industry trends, adapting strategies to leverage new opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and present campaign performance insights.
- High level of English language proficiency (written and spoken).
- Positive and friendly attitude.
