Our client is a Financial Services Multinational Company.
Descrição
Verify and post Suppliers/Vendor´s invoices;
Prepare and invoice miscellaneous recharges;
Validate travel cost claims to be approved by the Head of each Department;
Comply with Banking Chart of Accounts and updated accounting regulations and internal guideline that affects the companies' and tax reports;
Monitor of the daily movements of the accounts;
Carry out with the monthly closing activities;
Proceed with the accounts and bank reconciliations;
Prepare the companies' tax declarations for revision by the Senior Accounting (e.g VAT, Corporate Tax, IES, etc.);
Support the preparation of all relevant information required for external and internal audits;
To act as back-up for Treasury.
Perfil ideal
Degree in Business Administration or Accounting;
Up to 3 years of experience in relevant banking/financial services sector;
Fluent in Portuguese and English;
General knowledge of IT applications (SAP desirable);
Microsoft Office.
