Responsibilities:
For Reporting Section
Responsible for voucher entries and checking invoices & accounting data
Calculate cash advance expenses and check the expenses reports
Prepare bank reconciliation
Assist monthly stock take and file all documentary records
Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
For Payment Section
Prepare payment
Ensure timely & accurate payments and settlements
Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Form 5 graduate, and holder of LCC Intermediate or above qualification
at least 3 years of working experience in finance/accounting department and preferable in travel industry
Hard-working, able to work under pressure and have good inter-personal skills
Abilities in written and spoken English and Chinese, and preferably in Mandarin
Have computer knowledge, particularly Excel, Word, Emails, etc
