Core Responsibilities:
This position is an exciting opportunity to drive the LEGO Group’s Global Distribution strategy, setting direction on how we produce and move stock through our network. Shaping long term distribution by working cross functionally with a diverse group of partners influencing leadership direction in this area.
Own Global Distribution network strategy including definition and ongoing revision of key principles, securing regional coherence and overall maintaining governance
Own Global distribution input to annual long term capacity plan process
Elevate and own the Global Logistics Wheel in setting E2E global direction from regional distribution centers (RDCs) via local setup and ultimately to customer shelves and consumers.
Facilitate interaction with senior leaders across all hubs and manufacturing sites
Secure relevant Global Distribution oversight into S&OP

With this role, we will elevate our agenda on Global Distribution with overall responsibility for direction setting and defining strategic principles as well as global critical issues.
We have a significant change agenda across our Supply Chain as we expand our manufacturing and distribution footprint to new geographies, and with automation and sustainability growing in importance. The commercial landscape is also constantly evolving, and we need to future proof our distribution network to be ready to react to the continued disruptions and ultimately support future demand.
Do you have what it takes
In this role you will draw on your considerable global supply chain experience, working with both B2B and D2C customers, playing your part in bringing the joy of LEGO play to more children around the world. You are just as comfortable on the top shelf as on the shopfloor, bringing personal initiative and a desire to take on responsibility.
Furthermore, you bring:
Strong e2e supply chain understanding
Outstanding stakeholder-management skills including considerable self awareness and ability to tailor communication to diverse audiences including executive leaders
Experience navigating global/ complex organisation(s) including collaborating across matrix organizations, preferably in a strategic capacity
Ability to collaborate seamlessly with global colleagues including working with different cultures, in different timezones and in different formats (online and offline)
Strong business insight with ability to balance strategic mentality with being highly data driven
